Prenatal Support:

Two in-depth, in-person prenatal sessions. We get to know each other and create a plan that feels right for you. From preparing your birth space to practicing comfort measures, we’ll make sure you feel calm and ready.

Unlimited Labor Support: Whether your labor begins at midnight or midday, I’ll be there to help you stay grounded and guide you through every surge with strength and confidence.

Postpartum Visit: Two postpartum visits to check in after your baby is here to help you settle into your new rhythm, offering support for feeding, healing, and adjusting to this beautiful new chapter.

In-Home Childbirth Education: We’ll explore everything you need to feel prepared, from what to expect during labor to practical relaxation techniques tailored to your unique needs.

Your body has spent months growing and nurturing your baby. Placenta encapsulation is a beautiful way to continue supporting your recovery naturally. Many moms find it helps with energy, mood, and milk supply, giving them the balance they need during this transformative time.

What’s Included:

Safe and hygienic placenta encapsulation services.
A personal consultation to answer your questions and share how to use your capsules.
Delivery of capsules within 48–72 hours postpartum.

Postpartum Visits: After the birth, I’ll check in on you to offer guidance with newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery. You’ll have someone who’s just as invested in your healing as you are.
In-Home Childbirth Education: I’ll come to you for personalized childbirth education, covering everything you need to know for a confident birth experience filled with clarity.
Prenatal yoga: You will receive weekly prenatal and/or postnatal yoga sessions designed to strengthen, relax, and prepare your body and mind for labor, birth, and recovery. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you're easing discomfort, building confidence for birth, or focusing on gentle healing postpartum
Cloth Diapering 101: This hands-on, practical session simplifies the world of cloth diapering. From understanding different types of diapers to washing routines and troubleshooting leaks, I’ll guide you step-by-step to make cloth diapering an easy and sustainable choice for your family.
Meal Prep & Nesting Days: Let me take some of the load off by helping with light organizing, preparing meals, and setting up your home for the arrival of your little one. You can rest easy knowing everything is taken care of.
Postpartum Care Basket: A special care package filled with thoughtful items to help support your recovery and give you that extra love and attention we all need as a new mom to our first or tenth little babe.

From my experience with a range of births, including twins, breech, and high-risk pregnancies, to my deep belief in the power of holistic practices, I bring something unique to every family I work with. I also understand how important it is to feel heard and cared for, and I make it my priority to provide a safe space where you can ask questions and feel supported at every stage.
