As a birth doula, my goal is to provide consistent, nurturing care, not just during labor, but throughout the entire process of bringing your baby into the world and adjusting to life postpartum. That's why I’ve designed my packages to reflect a holistic approach, one that supports you in every way possible. Doula Services For Knoxville Area Families
Birth Doula Support: $2,700+
Prenatal Support:
Two in-depth, in-person prenatal sessions. We get to know each other and create a plan that feels right for you. From preparing your birth space to practicing comfort measures, we’ll make sure you feel calm and ready. Childbirth Education and one Nesting Session is included.
Unlimited Labor Support: Whether your labor begins at midnight or midday, I’ll be there to help you stay grounded and guide you through every surge with strength and confidence.
Postpartum Visit: Two postpartum visits to check in after your baby is here to help you settle into your new rhythm, offering support for feeding, healing, and adjusting to this beautiful new chapter.
In-Home Childbirth Education: We’ll explore everything you need to feel prepared, from what to expect during labor to practical relaxation techniques tailored to your unique needs.
Postpartum Support: $45+/hour
Day and Overnight Support: Whether it’s a few hours of hands-on help or overnight care so you can sleep, I’ll support your family with whatever you need most.
Meal Prep & Light Housework: Let me ease your load with nourishing meals and a tidy home so you can focus on what matters, your baby.
Breastfeeding & Newborn Care Guidance: From latching struggles to decoding your baby’s cues, I’ll provide practical help and a calm, steady presence.

Placenta Encapsulation $325
Your body has spent months growing and nurturing your baby. Placenta encapsulation is a beautiful way to continue supporting your recovery naturally. Many moms find it helps with energy, mood, and milk supply, giving them the balance they need during this transformative time.
