Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can feel overwhelming in different ways, even when everything is going normally. I offer steady, grounded support so you’re not navigating decisions, recovery, or the early days with your baby on your own. My role is to help things feel clearer, calmer, and more supported, from preparing for birth to settling in at home afterward. This is a big season of change, and it’s not meant to be done alone. She checked in frequently throughout my pregnancy and was always so attentive and helpful with any questions I had and going the extra mile providing resources to help me make decisions along the way.
